SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed and shipped from the United Kingdom within 0 to 3 business days depending on the purchase volume (excluding weekends and UK Bank Holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic and International Shipping Rates and Estimates

We are currently using Royal Mail services to deliver our products. The shipping rates are included on the products price. Usually we ship our parcels with a box dimensions of 16 x 12 x 6 cm and a weight in between 250 and 500 grams. The delivery price is included on all of our products, if a different shipping service is needed contact us.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you have not received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please, contact us for checking the P.O. availability.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 28 working days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Responsibilities

Diagonal Systems is not responsible if the buyer does not receive the parcel due to the following reasons:

• The buyer refuses to pay customs fees.

• The buyer must make sure that the address provided is the correct address.

• The buyer does not pick up the parcel delivered to the shipping office or to the post office.

Please note that, due to shipping restrictions, devices that require an internal battery to keep the Real Time Clock Calendar running will not be included. Unless specified otherwise, USB cables and SD card memories will not be included with the products.
